The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao opened in 1997 is a museum of modern and contemporary art.
The total area of ​​the museum building is 24,000 square meters. The exhibitions cover about 11,000 square meters.

The Houston Museum of Natural Science was founded in 1909.

Victoria and Albert Museum was founded in 1852 as the South Kensington Museum. The permanent collection consists of over 2.3 million exhibits.

In March 2021, the Grand Palais closed its doors to enter a major renovation phase. The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) was opened to the public in 1914.

The American Museum of Natural History (AMNH) was founded in 1869.

The National Palace Museum was originally created as the Palace Museum in the Forbidden City in 1925.

Shaanxi History Museum was opened to visitors in 1991.
The museum collection has 370,000 artifacts.
The exhibition area covers 11,000 square meters.
The most valuable in the museum's collection are bronze products, ceramics and wall paintings from the Tang dynasty tombs.

Smithsonian American Art Museum and Renwick Gallery founded in 1829.
The museum presents 300 years of American art, from colonial times to the present day.
The collection includes over 41,000 works by more than 7,000 artists, including: James McNeill Whistler, Georgia O’Keeffe, Edward Hopper, Robert Rauschenberg, Nam June Paik, Jenny Holzer, David Hockney.

Reina Sofía was opened in 1990.
It presents contemporary Spanish art in an international context from the end of the 19th century to the present day. Pablo Picasso's painting Guernica from 1937 is exhibited in Reina Sofía. The Rijksmuseum was founded in 1800 under the name Nationale Kunst-Gallerij.

Pergamonmuseum opened to the public in 1930.

Magyar Nemzeti Múzeum (Hungarian National Museum) founded in 1802.

The Russian Museum also houses the collections of the Ludwig Museum. The Russian Museum has a branch in Málaga, Spain.
The museum complex of the Russian Museum includes the Mikhailovsky Palace and Benois Wing, the Mikhailovsky Castle, the Stroganov Palace, St Michael's (Engineers) Castle, the Marble Palace, Peter I’s Summer Palace, Cabin of Peter the Great and Mikhailovsky Gardens, Engineering Gardens, Summer Garden.
